Who we work for:

We work for the trade: Christmas light Resellers, designers and festive light suppliers. We also work for local authorities, town and county councils, town centre managers, chambers of commerce, community groups, parish councils, shopping centres, town bids and commercial & charitable organisations.

Attention to Detail: We don’t want to give away all our trade secrets, but here is a little insight into the High Level way. It's attention to detail that really makes the difference.

Vehicles: We run and maintain our own fleet of highly livered vehicles each specifically equipped for the task in hand, meticulously maintained and as environmentally friendly as possible. Our Highways vehicles are NHSS 8 and London Emissions Zone compliant, fully equipped with a range of Traffic Management Equipment and stocked with an extensive array of electrical materials and spares.

Traffic Management: Every single one of our operatives and technicians is trained and qualified in Traffic Management and appears on the Street Works Register. As well as being qualified, all our staff are fully familiar with the New Roads and Street Works Act and we deploy traffic management to the latest Code of Practice for Street Works. We own and maintain our own traffic management equipment.

Materials: We buy quality materials from reputable suppliers manufactured to exacting BS or En Standards and we keep large stock levels. Our cables, electrical equipment and accessories have all been designed and manufactured to withstand the harshest of weather conditions. We use the latest digital timers, Selv Transformers, contactors, RCBO’s and waterproof enclosures.

Our People: Every member of our Christmas Light Installation Teams is a full time career professional not casual labour recruited for the Christmas period. All our team members carry photo identity cards and appropriate HERS- ECS and CSCS Cards, so that you can easily verify not only their identity but also their qualifications and the scope of works they are authorised to do. As a minimum every team member is G39-1, NRSWA, IPAF and First Aid qualified. We don’t pay commission, production or output bonuses, in fact we penalise our staff financially if we ever get called back to a job. When we recruit new team members, we not only look for qualified experienced staff; but also those with good people skills, who will extend respect, courtesy and go about their work with integrity.

Protecting the Built and Natural Environment: Our comprehensive ganger packs, which are in every vehicle, not only contain documented safe systems of work; but are also packed full of environmental tips and considerations. Such as: Our policy of placing boards under cherry picker stabliser legs to protect roads and pavements. Our 90% recycling rate on waste materials. Our policy of using expandable tree ties and never wrapping Tree lights around branches (It damages trees and eventually the tree grows and breaks the cables and lights).

Integrity & Business Ethics: We love Christmas and believe in the core values that the season represents, goodwill to all, honesty, trust, respect and courtesy. We want and need to make a fair profit, but we wont load up a job with unnecessary extras or premium prices just because it’s a very busy time of year.
